Power Pilates Studios at Equinox Fitness Club - Chicago
Power Pilates is comfortably located inside Equinox Fitness Clubs in their Michigan Avenue location. All instructors have trained through the Power Pilates teacher-training program, and teach Classical Style Pilates from Beginner through Advanced levels. Our location offers all Pilates equipment, and sessions are available to both members and non-members alike. All ages and Fitness levels welcome!

55 minute sessions with you and an instructor on all apparatus and mat.

Semi-Private Sessions
55 minute sessions with you and one or two other clients per instructor on all apparatus and mat. We pair you with another client, based on time and availability. You must have a minimum of 10 Private sessions to become eligible for Semi-Privates, unless you provide your own partner and start simultaneously with your sessions.

Appointment Booking - All Sessions are by appointment only.
You may schedule or re-schedule appointments by calling the studio directly, or by going to our website and using our online booking service. We welcome standing appointments to clients that purchase packages.

Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to the time of the appointment. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged the full amount of the session. If there is an appointment available, you do have the option to re-schedule with the same instructor on the same day, during the instructors current shift. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

We regret that we must enforce this policy strictly. It is a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis. We will make exceptions for severe circumstances or physical inability. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

All sales are final. No refunds. All packages expire 6 months from date of puchase, with the exception of 3-Packs and Single sessions, which expire in 3 months.

Power Pilates Teacher-Training Program - Chicago
The Power Pilates Teacher-Training program was founded in 1997 by Power Pilates in NYC. Since the conception of the program, it has fast become the standard in Pilates training. Known worldwide, Power Pilates sets the highest standards for its instructors available today. Requiring training seminars and 600+ hours of apprenticing, the program focuses on the original exercises and teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, anatomy and special cases. Private and group sessions are taught clearly and effortlessly by instructors trained through the Power Pilates approach.
